36 Things You Can Do to Feel Great!

Gold Square Do something you’ve been putting off for a while.

Gold Square Try a new recipe (or restaurant).

Gold Square Write a letter to someone special.

Gold Square Fix something that is broken.

Gold Square Tell someone a joke.

Gold Square Get a facial, a manicure or a massage. (Or all three!)

Gold Square Go for a walk for at least 20 minutes. Notice the colors, shapes, textures and sounds around you.

Gold Square Write yourself a love letter.

Gold Square Help someone who is worse off than you are.

Gold Square Have someone read you a story.

Gold Square Make a list of 10 things you do great!

Gold Square Make a list of 10 things you’re grateful for.

Gold Square Give someone in your family a backrub or foot massage.

Gold Square Clean out a drawer.

Gold Square Play “Hide and Seek” with your family.

Gold Square Read or watch something really funny.

Gold Square Eat dinner by candlelight.

Gold Square Call someone you care about.

Gold Square Do something special for someone—anonymously!

Gold Square Look at your beautiful self in a mirror. Say “I love you” 10 times!

Gold Square Volunteer.

Gold Square Do something you used to love doing as a child, something, perhaps, that you haven’t done since.

Gold Square Make music! Sing, play an instrument, “drum” on the kitchen counters. Make some noise.

Gold Square Do something kind for a stranger (or animal).

Gold Square Create more space and simplicity in your life. Go through your attic, garage or closets. Find at least 3 things to give away to someone less fortunate.

Gold Square Buy a wonderful card for a special friend. Send it!

Gold Square Make your favorite meal or dessert.

Gold Square Listen to your favorite kind of music.

Gold Square Spend some time on a hobby you’ve been neglecting.

Gold Square Send your family to a movie and curl up on the couch with a great book or your favorite movie. (Absolute no chores allowed.)

Gold Square Buy yourself a little goodie or toy—just for you.

Gold Square Take a bath.

Gold Square Hug your child, your dog or your spouse. (Or even all three!)
