Wherever I speak, I offer handouts with additional information about the content of my presentations. Unfortunately, budgetary considerations sometimes limit the amount of material that the organization or school (or I) can provide. So to accommodate the numerous requests I get for more information at these events, I've decided to make a large number of my handouts available online.
