Privacy & Anonymity

We have asked for your name, age and contact information (phone number, street address and email address) in case we have any questions or need to follow up in any way. This information is for internal use—that is, between Eric and Jane—and will not be shared with anyone. Ever, ever, EVER!

If any part of your submission or interview is used in our book, you will have the opportunity to decide how you want to be credited. The following options will be available:

First and last name. (This will require a parent’s signature if you are under 18.)
First name only.
A made-up first name for anonymity. (Your choice.)
“Anonymous” (We’d like to avoid this option, if possible.)

Some of these options may change depending on our publisher’s requirements or legal stuff we’re not aware of at this time.
